Today after 18 years together I said goodbye to my beloved pet. I haven’t lived in the area long but I am so thankful I found Dr. Butia and his staff. The compassion shown to me during this time by him and his staff has been wonderful. Helping a beloved pet cross over is never easy but they were so supported during this difficult time and I will be eternally grateful.
Dr. Butia and his staff have been caring for my animals since he bought Dr. Bason’s practice. He is kind and compassionate and listens to my concerns. He discusses treatment options. He does not force any treatments or medicines on me. Highly recommend.
My dog has been here in the past for everything from nail trimmings to minor surgery. The entire staff is extremely kind and welcoming. Dr. Butia is knowledgeable, straight forward and has always made my pup feel better. The office gets you in for a visit very quickly and the wait time in the waiting room is usually less than one minute (you read that right!). Prices here are very reasonable and transparent. I can’t say enough good things about this vet. I strongly urge anyone looking for a vet, a new vet or just curious about what else is in the area to check this place out. I sincerely hope to never have to go anywhere else.
I love the staff at Dr. Butia’s office. They are very professional and extremely helpful. I had two animals that needed put to sleep very close together. The office was understanding and compassionate. I needed paperwork for my landlord that stated my dog was scheduled to be fixed and that she was up to date on shots. They filled the paperwork out and a timely manner and it didn’t cost me anything.
We love this vet! They always take the best care of my fur babies. They are kind, patient and tell you exactly what you need and don’t need. You can see the passion They have for animals!
We have been with Dr. Butia since he opened in Mill Hall. Great vet and staff. Highly recommend.
They got our dog in with very short notice and were very friendly and kind the whole time! They didn’t have one of the medicines we needed on hand so they ordered it for us and had it the next day! Nice and spacious patient rooms too! We will be going here whenever we need to!
